Rollerskates have made a comeback to Dutch dancefloors over the past couple of years, but a cinema? This weekend at Ketelhuis, the Amsterdam Derby Dames – the town’s own roller derby team – took to their wheels to showcase the sport, the moves and the players. Their demonstration preceded a screening of Drew Barrymore’s roller derby movie Whip It.
