Unfold is currently seeking artists, writers, creative minds, supporters, collaborators and distributors for Unfold v3.6 (the refold).

Sales

We’re looking for a fast-thinking freelance advertising/marketing monster to take Unfold to the next level. The role can be part-time, although the more you put in, the more you’ll get out of it. This is not an editorial role, but you can expect to be thoroughly involved with the whole team. We’re looking for someone with a strong affection for Unfold and a keen sense of what makes it a special publication for advertisers. You must have the ability to build strong relationships with brands and have a passion for media and advertising. We’re looking for someone who will think creatively and communicate with exceptional fluency. An outgoing personality and persistent attitude are essential. This position would suit someone near the start of their career, with plenty of energy and ambition, although some experience in advertising sales or customer services is preferable. We’re a very small team surrounded by a bigger cloud of volunteers, but we’re no mugs. We’ve been involved in the Amsterdam publishing world for a good few years, so we believe interns will benefit from our experience and the challenges of our innovative print and online bubble. The thing is, we’re pretty much booked up through till summer 2011 already, but maybe you wish to join the waiting list? Or maybe you’d like to create some art while waiting? Illustrations? Photos? It’s fun making original art for our content.
